教育部：留学生因疫情在国内上网课，不影响学历认证

在教育部新闻发布会上，就澎湃新闻提出的这一问题， 教育部国际合作与交流司司长、港澳台办公室主任刘锦回应表示，“对于因为疫情出不去、在国内上网课的留学人员，我们之前发布过一个通知，明确留学人员受疫情影响无法按时返回海外留学所在地的学校而选择通过在线方式来修读部分课程，以及因此出现在境外停留时间不符合学制要求的情况，不作为影响学历学位认证结果的因素，这一点请大家放心。”

程家财说，“4月份曾发过相关通知，在‘平安留学’的系列活动里我也作过说明，今天再次重申：因为疫情影响签证、入境或者有些学校因为防疫的需要实行网课（比如新申请的学生出不去、回来休假的学生也出不去，本来不是网课，应该去进行课堂教学的，因为疫情上了网课），对于这样的学生，通过网络教学获得的文凭，肯定不受影响。”
